Odessos Supply EOOD operates in accordance with the Commerce Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Obligations and Contracts Act, and other applicable Bulgarian and European Union legislation.

All services must be paid according to the terms specified in the invoice or service agreement. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms, authorization to begin service execution, and agreement to the company's refund policy. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.
All payments made for advertising, marketing, or promotional services are final and non-refundable. This includes:
Once advertising services have been scheduled, initiated, or delivered, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted, except where required under mandatory Bulgarian or EU law. The client expressly agrees that advertising services are immediately initiated services and therefore not subject to withdrawal once execution begins.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the maximum total liability of Odessos Supply EOOD shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.
Many services may involve third-party platforms including social media networks, advertising platforms, and external websites. Odessos Supply EOOD does not control the policies, algorithms, or decisions of third-party platforms and shall not be responsible for account suspensions, content removal, platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or platform outages.
The client agrees to provide accurate and lawful information, ensure that all advertising content complies with applicable laws, and use services only for lawful purposes. The client is fully responsible for the legality of all materials submitted for advertising or promotion. Odessos Supply EOOD reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if content or activities violate applicable law.
All materials, systems, strategies, and marketing methods developed by Odessos Supply EOOD remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of company materials is prohibited.
Odessos Supply EOOD shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, platform shutdowns, cyber incidents, and war or civil unrest.
Odessos Supply EOOD reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if the client violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activities, or service delivery becomes impossible due to external circumstances. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund, unless required by Bulgarian law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Odessos Supply EOOD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the company website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
